“Bedtime Battles”

Sleeplessness inyoung children is a common phenomenon related to overstimulation and poor edtime habits. But these are relatively easy to change. Though kids sleep requirements fall within a predicable range based on age, each chld is a unique individual with well defined sleep needs. But because they are growing physically and processing a alot of unfamiliar neurological data, children meed a lot more sleep than adults. Bedtime battles often start during the toddler years, and unless parents can control the situation immediately it can go on throughout childhood. There isn’t one sure way to raise a good sleeper, but it is vital to establish healthy sleep habit early.

You are 100% on the money! Most people I see view things in the short run and try to take every opportunity to promote or hype themselves instead of building credibility by helping others achieve their goals.
